Submission verifications are done manually and there is no guarantee when submissions will be posted, but generally they will be done immediately. By pressing the Submit button, you are stating that you have read and agree with the recently updated the submission agreement. Please send reference E-Mail addresses at the domain that your software is listed as this may also be a reason for denial, due to spamming issues.

No Screen Savers- Screen savers are not allowed because some screen savers include spyware and viruses. To prevent malware from being spread we will accept no screen savers on this site. If you submit a screen saver, your company will be permanently barred from submitting software to the Two Brothers Software Shareware site. If you have questions about your screen saver, please contact us before submitting your screen savers.

No Nudity or Pornography- Pornography or Nudity will be defined as any complete or partial nudity whether artistic in nature or not integrated into your software or website. This site is designed to be family friendly at best; we cannot allow any deviance in this area either due to local and federal laws.

No Gambling-Gambling software, software representing gambling, or promoting gambling is not acceptable. Software designed to assist a player to play a game may be included at the web masters discretion. (i.e. stand alone slot game that collects no personal information) We cannot allow any deviance in this area either due to local and federal laws.

Linking-Linking will generally describe the term that either no file is listed in the pad that can be downloaded to a local computer to run without connection to the internet. All software submitted must be able to run without this connection. If you use an Apache script, .php script, or other manner to redirect a web browser from the listed file to a web page, your company will be banned from further submission of software. It is the purpose of this site to allow direct links to download software.

Spamming of pad files-Two Brothers Software will consider reporting multiple submissions of rejected pad files spamming and will pursue blocking this as much as possible.

Examples of downloadable files include .exe, .zip, .gz, .tgz, etc. Examples of files that will be removed and reported as unacceptable and may risk permanent bar are files that redirect to a web page, .html, http://, .swf, and the like. This will not be tolerated! If your file is not an .exe, .zip, gz, or tgz you will have to contact us to get authorization to submit your software to us.

We are supported solely by advertisement revenue. Your following of the policies for our site help keep this site available for shareware users and shareware seekers all over the world. Thousands of visitors each month visit this site, and your compliance with our policies allows your software titles to be seen by these visitors.

Failure to comply with our requirements could result in permanent removal of your software from our sites, and if your software is illegal, potentialy, referal to legal authorities. Our requirements are really simple, so take some time and make sure that your software submission meets our requirements! Doing so will help keep this site going for a long time!

Your submissions will be checked with our automated pad checking system. If your software does not meet our automated system you will have the opportunity to submit your pad file for manual review. This system eliminates 98% of submissions that do not meet our requirements and unfortunately does not allow about 2% of correct submissions. - 6106

Using automated systems to submit your software. You may only use automated services to submit to Two Brothers Software Shareware if your PAD file meets all guidelines. We reserve the right to block any or all automates submission services. If you are a submission service you should contact us prior to listing us in your service as we may request you to add code to your project to block certain types of submissions to our company. - 52239
